Concession of right to use SpacEyes3D software package in its "operable " version on a single computer unit. Computer unit is understood as a data processing system made up of a computation unit and a single display terminal. Any use of a SpacEyes3D software package from another computer unit or from display terminals connected in network can only be executed after acquiring a multiple license. The property of the software packages and of the rights relative to them are fully reserved to the SPACEYES company. Consequently, and except after previous agreement from the SPACEYES company, the license of use granted to a customer cannot be transferred.

Prices

The acquisition includes the supply of the documentation for the use of SpacEyes3D in French or in English.

Conditions of sales

 All our export prices are given in Euro excluding taxes. France FOB Prices, INCOTERMS 1990. 

Software version

The conditions of the price list therein are in-tended for the most recent version of SpacEyes3D.

Conditions of maintenance

The SpacEyes3D software packages price list above includes one year of free maintenance which conditions are the following :

• Assistance to the users (ph./E-mail/fax),
• Supply of the minor and major releases of the software,
• Corrective maintenance of the delivered versions.

From the second year, the extension of the conditions of guarantee can be established regarding a contract , yearly payable at the beginning of each year of maintenance.

Liability

The client has to verify prior to his commitment, the adequacy of SpacEyes3D software to his need.
SPACEYES company will not be, under no circumstances, responsible for any kind of damages resulting of its software.
