Guarantee and maintenance contract

Our softwares are guaranteed during one year.
This guarantee includes one year of maintenance with the conditions described below :

• User help (phone/E-mail/tickets)
• Delivery of the extension of the new versions of the software, whatever if they are minor or major,
• Corrective maintenance of the delivered versions.

From the second year, the extension of the contract of guaranty can be taken in charge as part of a maintenance contract.
